Identify, document, and remediate deck deterioration across all high-rise residential decks, and building envelope transitions throughout the W Austin property.
Our Process
NU-FAM has conducted systematic assessments across dozens of individual decks, documenting cracked and deteriorating stone pavers, failed sealant at deck-to-wall transitions, and failing balcony handrail stanchions. Each elevation is individually tracked and documented, allowing the property team to maintain a clear, organized record of all envelope conditions and remediation history across the building.
Our Solution
NU-FAM continues to deliver project support and quality assurance for the identified scope - restoring deck surfaces, repairing handrails and concrete, and addressing transition failures before they escalate. The ongoing partnership ensures the W Austin maintains the building integrity and guest experience its brand demands.
